Kelly Richardson Kylie is a wonderful instructor. I had never been to a yoga class before so to say I was a little nervous was an understatement. Kylie was so welcoming and friendly. Her instruction through the entire class was perfect - I could follow all of the moves! I left her class feeling so invigorated! Thank-you Kylie!

Manly Beach Health Club - VIC

Talitah Meier I absolutely loved my time at Manly Beach Health Club! The gym itself is super well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need, but the real highlight for me were the classes, they’re honestly some of the best I’ve ever been to. The instructors are motivating, the energy is amazing, and there’s such a great sense of community. I was only in Manly for a semester abroad, but this gym became one of my favourite parts of the experience. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Perform Physio + Pilates - VIC

Alexandra Alvaro I highly recommend seeing Jeremy at Perform. He took the time to thoroughly assess my injury and educate me so I don’t get injured again. The focus on long term prevention was really helpful and practical. I was back to normal exercise quicker than expected by following his tailored plan. Couldn’t recommend enough.
