1 /5 Jacqueline Morris: If I could give zero stars I would Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the ANZ Croydon branch. I had booked an appointment to open an account for my 14-year-old son and was made to wait over 20 minutes past the scheduled time with no communication or apology. Even more frustrating was the fact that I was not informed at the time of booking that my son needed to be present for the appointment — a critical detail that should have been made clear from the outset. This lack of professionalism and poor communication has led me to take my business elsewhere. I will be opening my son’s account with another bank that values customer time and provides clear information upfront
