Christina Magias Jess is an incredible inspiration who picked me up whilst I was feeling weak and recovering after chemotherapy. Jess got me back into fitness, has me feeling strong, and improving my bone health with extensive weight training. I would highly recommend Jess for a wonderful pt that makes you feel empowered, strong and is always teaching me improved form and keeping me on track with my heath and fitness!

Fit For 2 - Pregnancy and MumSafe Fitness and Education - VIC

Marlene Haddad Best thing I’ve ever done for myself! Anita is just amazing, helps you strengthen all your muscles and gain your health back whilst also working on pelvic floor! Was worried about joining as I had a 4 month old and was worried she wouldn’t let me exercise but Anita provides play gyms and toys and even holds them if they are fussed. Couldn’t recommend any higher has made me feel alive again and given me so much energy, strength and good health

Juliana Skinner Cant recommend highly enough - Lea is fab!! She makes training fun and something to look forward to, not something to dread (a new concept for me!). The sessions are always tailored just for you so you feel like you are getting the perfect workout. This is definitely the longest Ive stuck to something without getting bored or disheartened. Thanks Lea for helping me learn to love something I once hated! :) xx
