Novenda Labendia Becoming a small business customer at the Bexley Bendigo Bank was so easy. Yvette was awesome. Answering all our queries and being the link to all of the different departments we had to deal with whilst setting up our banking requirements and EFTPOS and the like, made the whole process so much easier. Yvette also made it so easy with all the paperwork with numerous telephone conversations and emails also answered promptly and always with a smile and greeting us by name when we visit the branch. Such personal and attentive service, we have not experienced in our business banking journey from any other bank. Highly Recommend

Angela Ellison Excellent customer service today. I went into Lane Cove branch this morning to deposit some cash. Approximately half an hour later, I lovely lady called me to explain there was a discrepancy in the amount of money counted and that an additional deposit had been made. Could not be happier with this branch. Always great customer service, thank you.

Mersina Xindaris I read the reviews, and I have had a jewellery box worth of broken gold for quite some time. Out of curiosity, I took it to 3 different places before I came here. The manager here was not only A LOT. More fair in price, but he also took the time to make sure I got a good price. I walked out of here with roughly 15-20% more than the quotes I was given elsewhere without having to fight tooth and nail to get it. Honestly, thank you Bill, for a great experience, I will definitely see you again.
