2 /5 Wasey Jasey (Scout Oz): Accountant ran 20 minutes late for appointment During the appointment both accountants were arguing over the tax guidelines with raised voices. I felt really uncomfortable and asked for my appointment to be wrapped up so I could leave asap. I called the argument out. Not a way to behave in front of any client, let alone a new client. Not a good first impression of the company.
