Obie Hui Been at this gym a year now. AF MW is not just ran by nice staff, it is filled with friendly members as well. Equipment and space is well maintained. Carpark right next to the gym in never full and ample space to move around inside the gym during rush hour. 10/10 recommend as commercial gyms can’t get much better.

Alexandra Mustoe The clinic was very clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. Mehar was AMAZING! She gave detailed after care instructions and during the consultation she listened to my concerns and gave me great advice.

Mariquena Granatto I absolutely love practicing yoga here. The space is beautiful, calm, and welcoming, it instantly puts me at ease. I always feel so comfortable, both in the environment and with the people around me. Everyone is kind, warm, and respectful, which makes a big difference. I truly enjoy spending my mornings here, it’s become one of my favorite parts of the day :)

Katie Hester Brent, Reece & Caz have created such a great community gym! So welcoming, catering to all levels and abilities. The energy is high even at 6am classes, and I love their focus on functional fitness. Their support of community groups & organisations is also amazing, and I love seeing how many members have been there since day 1 - a testament to the culture of Paramount.
