I first walked in 15 minutes before closing after a quick call, and Desma herself stayed with me for 45 minutes after hours to chat through ideas—right from the start, she made the whole process easy and stress-free. I had a rough idea of what my fiancé wanted, but the design changed a lot, and Desma was incredibly patient, working with me every step of the way to make sure it was perfect.
