F45 Training Ashburton - Group Fitness Gym - VIC

Anna Burke This is without a doubt the best gym that I’ve been a member of. The trainers are all so conscientious and really take time to give great advice on my training and fitness techniques and so much encouragement. They push me to challenge myself and listen to my needs. I joined after recovering from an injury and they helped me with my recovery, building up my strength training, cardio and weight training so much that at 45yo I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been and I’m so happy! and they I’ve felt so comfortable since my first class. There is so much variety in the workouts - they never get boring, and they mix up the music too! The equipment is well maintained and the studio is clean with lots of cooling in summer. The timetable offers a great variety of times with early to mid morning classes, lunchtime classes and evening classes. The location in Ashburton (very close to Mount Waverley, Chadstone, Ashwood and even Oakleigh) is really convenient right in the main strip of shops so I can get my post-workout coffee. And the F45 Ashburton gym community group is just great people who enjoy a laugh, support each other and love a really good workout.

Collective Motion Health - VIC

Rowan Williams I having been going for osteo appointments at Collective Motion as part of my rehabilitation following a spinal surgery and it has been amazing for my neck pain and lower back pain. Fiona is such a knowledgeable osteopath and made me feel really at ease. Her treatments always leave me feeling so much better and her advice helps me maintain this feeling in everyday life. I have already recommended her to multiple people who have also had great experiences - I cannot recommend Collective Motion highly enough!
