2 /5 Jonathan Roper: Unlike their name, Dottandcrossit have been inattentive to details making many mistakes including our names in documentation. They have been slow to respond to emails (sometimes no response) and slow to correct mistakes. The online portal is buggy and requires uploading of previously supplied information. All in all a very poor experience for what is an incredibly important real estate to us.
