Jessie chen Donna is the best instructor I have ever met. She cares about everyone in the class and is always kind and supportive. I love her class but sadly I moved a bit far away from this studio. Highly recommend her to anyone lives nearby.

Daisy H DFO is always fun for a bargain hunt! The Adidas outlet was a standout with some seriously good discounts, scored some great gear for way less than usual. Worth popping in if you’re nearby.

Gavin Ford Nate is an amazing trainer. Takes the time to learn what suits you and works with you to get the results you want. Always professional, accomodating and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to Nate for over 6 months and my health has changed significantly for the better. Highly recommend!

Q Yu Beautiful new studio with a calm vibe. The instructors are welcoming, professional, and really focus on form. A big shout out to Penny! Classes are small and personal — already feeling stronger and more energised. Highly recommend!

Well organised and structured weekly workout, Troy is an experienced and friendly PT and knows his stuff. Always happy to explain and assist during the sessions.
