Joanna Powell Great gym. Easy to deal, good equipment. Dont lock you in for life. Pricing affordable and value for money. Yoga instructors have been good too. The only things it lacks is sufficient equipment for the mat pilates classes and Ive found unless I arrive early there isnt always enough hand weights to go around. This is an easy fix. The actual workout equipment is great and the staff are really helpful. Ive been there for almost 3 years and I was happy to keep paying through COVID as I wanted them to survive as a business.

The Y Ku-ring-gai Fitness and Aquatic Centre - VIC

Simeon McGovern Super friendly staff, the gym equipment is all in really good condition and everything is super clean. The fees are really affordable and there is heaps of parking. I would definitely recommend getting a membership here.

Jess Wilson FINALLY, I found group fitness that works for me! With back and hip problems, KX Pilates is exactly that low impact, strength-focused program that I needed. The classes are flexible to injury and fitness level, and you can pick from a variety of class packs so suit your schedule. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive - correcting form and movement to ensure that everyone is getting the most out of the classes. Special shout out to Ashley (her Friday morning classes are my fav way to start my last day of the week, work day!), Marian, Josh, and Joel. I always leave KX Prahran feeling healthy, strong, happy, and looked after.
