Angela Ellison Excellent customer service today. I went into Lane Cove branch this morning to deposit some cash. Approximately half an hour later, I lovely lady called me to explain there was a discrepancy in the amount of money counted and that an additional deposit had been made. Could not be happier with this branch. Always great customer service, thank you.

Neil Laurence I needed to use power of attorney for a friend of mine in an aged care facility. The very abrupt lady on the front desk said to me that I had to have the lady whose power of attorney I was representing present. I explained that this was not possible due to her age to which she responded you need to get a letter from a doctor to verify this and this was the St George bank policy. All of this is complete and upper rubbish and the dismissive tone in which she spoke to me was very disappointing. I did get the doctors letter but rather than go back to Carlingford I went to Top Ryde and was met with smiling faces and an eagerness to help and bewilderment as to why I had the doctors letter.
