Baileys Bodies Fitness Training - VIC
Simone Gee I recently took part in the 6 week challenge with Bailey’s Bodies. After years of poor eating choices Tanna was able to help me focus and set realistic food goals through one on one coaching and menu planning that focussed on increasing the amount of protein in my diet accompanied by exercise at bootcamp sessions. It only took 4 weeks for me to notice a positive change, not only with starting to build muscle, but more importantly having a much healthier relationship with food. It has now been quite a few months since completing the challenge and the positive changes are still with me. I cannot recommend Bailey’s Bodies highly enough for anyone who is looking to make a lasting impact on their health and wellbeing. Tanna is an outstanding personal trainer, coach and mentor who genuinely cares about every client. Take the first step, you won’t ever look back!
