5 /5 Corey Grigg: I trained there for about 4 years, including at the old Moorabbin gym before it moved here.
Mark, the owner and head instructor, is a wealth of knowledge and long time practioner of Krav Maga.
Class sizes are smaller than youd find in a big commercial Krav gym, but that means you get a lot more one-on-one time with the instructors, rather than just following along and they giving you guidance a few times during a lesson (like I have seen in other gyms).
Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, great for beginners and returning participants. There are seperate classes for beginners, intermediate and beyond, and they run at different times during the week.
I would definitely recommend giving Krav Maga (and Elite Self Defence) a go if youve ever wanted to give a practical, real-world based martial arts a go.
