AanchalNagara Moran I would like to make formal complaint on business name Kohinoor Sister. For the disgusting service to me lack of customer service,unprofessionalism, no responsibility taken for any change of circumstances and no communication by the seller to customer. Disagreements made by business on their personal terms without informing the customer on their purchase. As there was agreement for my items to be posted on 25/3 Monday which has not been completed did not receive any communication from this business and have not received any tracking no. This business also posted BRIDAL outfit on the social without any consent also withheld of deposit as well on the outfit. So please everyone be careful. Disgusting service by this business never came cross anyone like this. Please do not take their word for an answer. No proof shipping has been received by customer for any reassurance. They definitely made my wedding preparations very hard and stressful without any reason will never be coming again. As long they receive the payment they don’t care about anything else please be careful shopping with this business. Please invest your hard earned money in better business. No apologies or responsibility was taken by this business or any sign improvements even till now

Lee Miller My girlfriend and I popped in to have a look at a wedding/engagement ring set that we saw in the window. We were greeted with a very friendly and smiley lady by the name of Catherine, she was very helpful in showing us different styles and letting my girlfriend try them on. She went above and beyond throughout the whole time we were there to try and make us feel welcome and give us a beautiful experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!!
