Gary Ford Absolutely fantastic service. I cant believe the negative comments I am reading because our experience was so different. Weve come over from England for a holiday to see family and my daughters wanted to look in Pandora. The prices here are about half the price of the shops in the UK. Jordan was fantastic with the girls (14 & 10), couldnt help enough. Even put the new charms on for them, chatted and gave lots of advise. We went back a few weeks later as the girls wanted to spend some more there. Jordan recognised us straight away and was really helpful again. Even advised my eldest on some lost items because of something faulty . She was fantastic, great knowledge, friendly, and helpful . Even had her photo taken with the girls. Shes a credit to your store and company. These negative comments must be from people believing they could get something for nothing.

When I got the finished ring I was very surprised with the quality of the ring and such a competitive and reasonable price. I also cant fault Ninfas attention to detail and great customer service. She knows how to listen and is very knowledgeable. Overall experience was above my expectations!

Olivia Buckman I am so incredibly thankful to the team for helping me design the perfect ring. The second we walked in I could tell they were there to help. The vibes were just different and we gelled immediately. I felt very safe with them. They took the design inspiration and made it my own with the perfect gemstone that fit my exact (and ever so slightly picky) specifications. At the end of the day.
