1 /5 Lior Aufgang: What a horrific experience! The store gave me the wrong necklace after a simple clasp repair. Refused to claim that they were in the wrong claiming he hasnt made a "mistake in 50 years" and that the necklace was in fact mine (unbelievable)! I would challenge that based on his filing system consisting of chucking ripped up papers into an old box as well as a women coming in being unhappy of her ring being incorrectly enlarged which was concluded to be a fault with her knuckle or due to the weather (you honestly cant make this up!) . The utter refusal to acknowledge he was in the wrong indicates the mistake I made by trusting him with my necklace, when he obviously does not care for anyone elses property. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE He also came recommended to me.... what a mistake I wish I could give zero stars....

My Mum dropped her engagement ring off to get resized and somehow the ring was damaged during the process and 2 of her diamonds have gone missing!!! The owner claims that he cannot find the diamonds? He offered to send it off and replace the diamonds with $12 diamonds instead. What diamonds cost $12??? My Mum then went to pick up the ring before it was sent away and the jeweller/owner responsible was conveniently not present. The sales associate also refused to give her the docket with the details taken when she handed over her ring. So now she has been left with no proof that this jeweller has damaged her ring and lost the diamonds. Incredibly disappointing. This man is a scammer!!
