Celia Almeida Ive been part of the Be Mobile community for about 6 months and absolutely love it! I started with the 8-week Fit and Strong programme and then joined the annual membership so that I can keep on track with my exercises each week. The instructors are friendly, supportive and really responsive to any questions about the workouts. I love how sessions are tailored and relevant to over-55s as it gives me confidence to have a go at everything! All is set out clearly, with demonstrations following along with the instructors. Would highly recommend :-)
