Belinda was excellent and really helped navigate the overly stressful situation that preparing/searching/buying a house is, from financing/ preapproval/ auctions/ loan types etc. She was always a call away, was highly communicative and walked through the process and expectations right from the drop. Being a first home buyer and a naturally pedantic person and I had more questions then i knew what to do with and she was happy to field them all and clear up all the questions and confusion i brought her way. Can happily report ive been successful in my hunt, thanks in no small part to Belinda.

I was buying my first home and had no idea what I was doing, but Belinda made the whole process unbelievably easy. Her communication was excellent—she always responded quickly and thoughtfully, and she explained everything clearly and in full detail. If I didn’t understand something, she would patiently go over it again without ever making me feel silly for asking. Even when she went on holiday, she made sure I was looked after, and still responded and helped me out several times herself. She consistently went above and beyond—not just with her advice, but with her kindness and patience too. The truth is, I wouldn’t have bought a place if it weren’t for Belinda. She made it so easy and stress-free that I felt like I had to go through with it, just so her effort didn’t go to waste. She basically kept me accountable in the best way. She held my hand through the whole thing and made what I thought would be a painful process feel completely manageable. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone. I truly loved working with her and look forward to my next opportunity to utilise her skills and knowledge again, the service she provided was genuinely priceless.
