I got a new battery for my pocket watch - after which we noticed a hair had gotten into the face of the watch (we suspect it was from when the watch was manufactured because they didnt access the face to insert the new battery). Regardless, Monbulk Jewellers fixed the issue with no charge and very fast. Absolutely amazed at how kind and willing to help they are.
