1 /5 Abi Vleugel: Three individual rings that were the replacements for others. My husbands (the large grey one) shattered as he placed his hand down on a table, no harsher than usual. The grey was the replacement which lost all shine and coating within six months. He’s a retail manager. The two other rings were also replacements. The “rose gold” at the back is now copper. The “yellow gold” at the front is now a disgusting hue of bronze and piss yellow. I can’t wear either. I’m a tour guide and have never done anything to endanger the quality of my rings. Every other piece of jewellery I wear is pristine. All three of these are their tungsten rings. Dismal quality. Poorly made and they do NOT last. After the newest ring changing colours within a couple months I’ll never bother chasing up the “lifetime replacement” again.

5 /5 Elkie Savage: Very good service. Spoke to a person In Australia when dealing with my return as my ring was to small. Very fast and efficient in organising an exchange for me by post. With the silicone rings I would recommend ordering a size larger than your wedding ring, I feel the silicone "hugs" your skin completely different to gold or metal which makes the silicone rings feel very tight and uncomfortable in comparison to a metal or gold band, so go a size up is my advice on the silicone.

2 /5 Elizabeth Vidilini: I bought my husbands wedding ring from here and it tarnished within a year. I emailed for a replacement which they reluctantly provided, but the same thing happened again. I’ve given up ordering replacements. We got the gold one and it’s now a bronze/ silver colour as the gold is all gone after a year. Poor quality

I ordered a ring that was just off by half a size, in the package was an adjustable ziptie styled measurement tool which allowed me to correct the size I should have gotten - i returned the ring on a tuesday, and had the replacement at my door by the Friday The team is friendly and fantastic to deal with, thank you so much
