Sue knew exactly what I needed to strengthen my body and tailored my sessions to those needs. She always makes sure that I’m doing the right move for my body using the right technique. I’ve gained so much confidence in my body and have seen and felt improvements in my strength and flexibility that I didn’t think was possible anymore. I’m so grateful to Sue for the impact that this studio has had on both my physical and mental health.

Penny Ferris I’ve been training with Michael since April and couldn’t recommend him enough. He is super supportive and is able to explain things in a way that makes the gym a lot less intimidating. When I need it, he is able to adjust exercises in the moment to how I’m feeling and where my body is at - while still pushing me to keep progressing and hitting new milestones. I started with zero gym experience and now I’m training 4+ times a week, feeling stronger and more confident. Michael makes the whole process approachable and enjoyable - if you’re looking for a trainer who actually listens and knows how to push you in the right way, he’s the one!

Anytime Fitness Illawong - VIC

Navene Came here for a casual visit and it’s one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The entire gym is clean, organised, and the staff are super accomodating. Will definitely be coming back!!
