5 /5 Brad Ryan: I’ve been a member at three F45 studios, and all have been good, but Brunswick West is a clear standout. The trainers bring a great energy to the classes, and I’ve found them to be really helpful and attentive towards rookies like me who easily fall into bad form. And the studio membership is quite friendly — more social and chatty than others I’ve belonged to (though if you want to come in and quietly work hard, you won’t have any issue with that here either). The alternative pricing structures to the usual pay-per-week model, such as the 5- and 10-class passes, was one reason I started trekking across suburbs to attend this studio. But I kept coming back because it’s such a good one!

5 /5 Rachel Ross: Fun, friendly and challenging training. Everything you need is set up for you for each session. No more waiting for gym equipment to be free or having to think about what exercise you are going to do next. All you have to do is turn up and the trainers will motivate you and take you through it all. Lots of class time options and set cardio/ weights and mixed days. It is an awesome team and a great environment for people at all different levels of fitness. I am in my 50s and the trainers are always able to help my modify down when I need to, but also encourage me to push myself when I am able. Highly recommend people to give it a try!
