The vibe is always on with sunshine regardless morning or afternoon class and the music is always on point. If your after a team environment that supports you then F45 Sunshine are all about that. Ros and Stormy have all the moves to get you motivated. Watch out for the vibrant and committed Zac, David and all his theories to fitness and Huss whose quicker than a fox.

The F45 team in Sunshine are passionate, knowledgable and friendly - I remember feeling right at home on my very first session. There are a fantastic mix of workouts that ensure you will never get bored and to make sure you are challenged enough as your fitness level grows. If that isnt convincing enough, the amazing Boundless Nutrition Bar is right upstairs for some of the flavoursome, healthy post-workout smoothies youll ever have!!
