I have never had to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence… I am a victim of a crime and I had been assigned Faryaal for well over a year. In this time all I got was blunt, short unprofessionally phased emails. No showcase of the work completed as she couldn’t provide me with my own evidence. She was not at her office and would frequently dodge my calls. She then made a massive mistake by not overviewing my documents even though I had asked her on numerous occasions to double check and she had nearly a month to do so. Ultimately, if your matter is serious your better just representing yourself through the use of AI than actually getting involved with such people. All I got was complaints about her pay through Vcat although I had not seen what she had been doing for over a year as my solicitor. Smoke and mirrors.
