M T After falling victim to a scam in August and getting the run around from the Disputes Department, I was shocked when I walked into the bank the found further fraudulent activity was detected on my account yet again.
Two days out from Christmas, dealing with this situation was incredibly stressful.
Thankfully Samantha came to assist me, she expertly managed all my queries and concerns,
dealing with multiple departments and rectified everything. Its hard to find good customer service let alone excellent customer service. What an asset to Westpac. Thank you Samantha.
