Melton Indoor Sports Stadium - VIC

Melanie Cressey I have been playing netball here since I was 15, I am now 28 and have only ever stopped playing because of both of my pregnancies. Not only do I play 3 times a week, my daughter now also plays as does/did majority of my family. Such a family friendly environment that I dont think Ill ever get sick of. If youre looking for a place to play some domestic netball, I cant recommend this place enough.

Arena Pilates - VIC

Jodi Fraser I came back to Pilates after a 5 year gap and tried a lot of places on the Northern Beaches, this is by far the best Pilates studio. I have a ton of old injuries and Naz knows exactly how to help me gain strength and flexibility without any of these being impacted negatively. In fact, she has helped me not be impacted by these old injures at all (shes healing me). Ive been going for almost 3 months and I have gained so much strength. Shes so knowledgeable about how bodies work and has amazing attention to detail. Plus shes fun and funny. The very best!

Be Pure Pilates & Barre Studio - VIC

Cassie Maher Ris is beyond amazing! She has brought back strength in my shoulder after a bad injury and surgery. She is very good at tailoring sessions to everyone’s needs and gauging when to push you further as well as making everything achievable. There is such a variety of classes and Ris is always so flexible at fitting in what anyone wants or needs. I cant recommend her highly enough!
