After picking up my vehicle, I had a couple of very small concerns and contacted Daniel. He went out of his way to address them quickly and thoroughly. If you’re after great service and genuine care, I highly recommend Daniel!

1 /5 Charles Hitchings: Bought a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, only 45,000km. A few days later I observed timing chain noise when cold. Took the car back their workshop checked it and they said they couldn’t find fault. Was told by manager Ian it was fine. Told him this was not the case (I had provided videos of the noise at start up). I was told by Hyundai this should not happen and is not normal. I then asked to speak to the dealer principal as per principal (Wayne Stevenson) who admitted that the noise WAS OBSERVED. So I was clearly lied to by the used car manager. I then was conned into buying a Chery. See my review on FTG Chery for that story. In short, don’t trust either of these businesses. (They are in fact one under the Tony White Group). I’ll be taking action including contacting the directors.

4 /5 F A (D): Great experience. We got a good deal on a low kms Kia Cerato Sport+. The car itself was good and had some minor scratches that we pointed out to the team. They offered to fix or to knock down the price accordingly. The atmosphere was fun and lively. Ian runs a good shop and Daniel who helped us with the car was great. Proper salesmen but not pushy or deceptive. We like a deal and after a fair and reasonable chat and we had a deal. Car was promptly ready the next day for pick up (there seems to be a delivery option). Pick up was seamless, car detailed and ready. All paperwork in order. Wide range of vehicles available. As with any used car purchase, we do our homework, inspect the car well and then have a chat to these guys, get yourselves a deal. Good used car dealer

1 /5 Chris Payne: Interstate buyer, not a great experience. Bluetooth phone kit and USB to infotainment system broken - not mentioned or covered by warranty. Car wasnt detailed as advertised. Id advise to Get your own service done, they said one was completed but my Mitsubishi dealer said brake fluid was blacks and should have been picked up. Got a refund on last 2 items mentioned, took approx 8wks where I had to ask weekly. Sales person was nice though.
