5 /5 Suzie A: Just picked up my car from Ferntree Gully Nissan today. A big thank you to all the staff there, especially Joao. From first seeing the car and speaking to him, to collecting it today, he has been a pleasure to deal with. Not pushy, or over the top, but rather very friendly and helpful. He made the process easy, fun, and memorable for all the right reasons. I would definitely return here in the future. Love the car..thank you FTG Nissan.

5 /5 Jaco Soler: Epic service. These guys are friendly and more importantly extremely accomodating. You feel very welcome here and unpressured to purchase a Nissan. Michael and Renee took their time explaining all the options, pros and cons without reservation. Buying a car was never a better feeling.

2 /5 Damian Slibar: F.T Service Department. Looking through the review timeline on here the service department reviews are within roughly a year of reviews. So many negative reviews on the vehicle service department. The review timeline then jumps to the Sales department saw a 7 year past review in sales . There were some negative reviews in Sales to do with repairing/ replacing a faulty item i.e think it was an electronic side mirrow. At an estimate 80% good reviews in Sales 20% negative. Now the Service department. Mainly negative experiences in the last 12 months if you look through them. There were a couple of positive reviews but looking at the service department it is 20% good reviews and 80% negative experience. There are other review sites not google that only have good reviews. So the other review sites are they correct? As the other review sites only have good reviews there is no feed back on those sites as far as I can see. Here on google the Sales and service department are responding to good and bad reviews. The 80% negative Nissan Servicing experiences being in the last 12 months shouldnt be a surprise to me as I felt like I was the only customer that has had issues. I did not get a response with my negative feedback in an e-mail to the manager. On here I gave a negative review 2-3 months ago. I am told I will get a phone call from the Director tomorrow to see his personal number after dialling coming up as a sports club is less than reassuring. I will answer his call to tell him how unprofessional a staff member mainly who I talk with who is very unprofessional. The manager has been a better communicator when hes available although when hes not available he does not return calls when messages were left for him to call me. He did not respond to my complaints. I still have a repair item that they have booked in for them to look at. The item was fixed a second time there but there is still a fault with this item. It will be interesting to hear what the Director of the Company has to say about my conversation with a staff member today mainly but my past Invoices with other replacement parts and what decisions the mechanic made to fix it only for the part to be replaced again. I am in a professional business network organisation with a mechanic I can drive into the shop and he can verify everything. I have a Diesal mechanic who specialises in all makes of Deisal engines. Their repair and servicing work is second to none - excellent. As I am in business I know I can occasionally lose a customer but its not because of unprofessionalism. As I have an outstanding matter, Nissan have an opportunity to turn things around to solve my problem with my vehicle. The matter of unprofessional communication I will hopefully be seen as a customer who provides business to every team member , the mechanics , the manager and the director. Unprofessionalism isnt good for business and spruking that your votered the best Nissan dealership in Australia?

From my first contact with Marino all the way through to the delivery with Will every step of the process has absolutely been top tier amazing service . Ray was very efficient with all the financials you wouldn’t believe how fast he is . Marino is a very patient guy and really happy to try and work a deal for you seek him out if you want that great deal . Will was very communicative & he’ll surprise you with a lil something on delivery ;) . He’ll make sure you know every detail of your purchased vehicle too . I could go on on about the team @ FTG.
