1 /5 Kylie Pegoraro: I purchased my car 3 years ago and thought this was a great dealership. Unfortunately 7 months after buying the brand new car, the battery completely died. I contacted the service department but was told i would need to pay for them to look at the car, so i just purchased a Century battery and had it installed by a friend who is a mechanic.
I took the car for it’s 3rd year log book service and they tell me the battery is about to die. I quiered why this would be and they advised because it is 3 years old. I told them this is not the case as i replaced it 7 months after buying the car. They shut up and would not look into why the battery could be dying so quickly again. My partner has the exact same car and his battery hasn’t died. I have sent 4 emails through the “contact us” section on the website in the last month and NO ONE has contacted me back.
I have been advised by someone else that this could be an issue with the alternator, which i would like some advice on from FTG Suzuki but no one will contact me back. I tried to call, but the option kept telling me “we can’t take your call right now” and hangs up. So here i am, writing a lengthy bad review to maybe get someone to pay attention to the fact that this car has an issue.
