After being told by my local toyota dealer and a few others around me that the wait time for a new prado was gonna be around 5+ months, I rang sevi on Thursday for a quick chat. She got back to me the same hour confirming the stock and i put down a deposit. Georgia from the finance department rang me first thing on friday to sort out my finance application. Sevi and Georgia worked nonstop on friday and Saturday keeping me in loop about my application. It wasn’t easy as I had a fairly new abn and not much docs but they worked tirelessly and got the approval by monday. I was able to pick up the car on Wednesday and was explained everything smoothly. All of my questions regarding the car, insurance etc etc were answered promptly. It’s a surreal experience being able to get it all approved and being in the car in a matter of 2-3 days. Sevi and Georgia are an asset to the team and they’ve gained a lifelong customer in me and I can’t wait to be back for more toyota and will recommend toyota ftg to all my mates and family who generally wait many many months for a newer toyota car.
