1 /5 Anita P: We looked at a near new car but found it unsuitable due to heavy wear and tear. Instead of showing us another similar car, Dan locked all the doors and went inside. We called after him that we needed a second car. He ignored us, busy on his phone. Wandering around the yard for another half an hour there was a car that we sat in and when we got out to try the tailgate, the salesman locked the car from the sales office doorway. So we went next door and bought a great car from great service.

4 /5 L George: We went and had a look at used cars and straight away Brett welcomed us, he was really lovely and very helpful, a lot of knowledge. I really like that he was friendly and approachable. Always keeping an eye out if anyone needed help and also stepped back to help you think about a decision. We havent bought a car yet, I have been reading the reviews.. very bad ones.. but we will going back to see Brett.

1 /5 Lachlan S: If you want an example of bad service, go here. Build date of vehicle different to what was on the contract after repeatedly being told it was built 2023 (actually built 2022). When I found out, it took over a week to get my deposit refunded and no one was answering my calls.

1 /5 Mandeep Kundhaal: Saw the car online - called in talked to a salesman Jason - travelled all the way from Geelong - on arrival I found two holes in the front passenger floor - both front seats broken. And they were asking the unreal price. When the deal wasn’t done - they would start calling your names among they other sales fellows like black onion. Horrible experience! Found the salesperson Jason bit racist as well. Strongly not recommend- dodgy place.

5 /5 David Asbury: Norman and his colleagues were fantastic. I always felt like I was the most important customer they had at the time! Were more than reasonable about price and I found them to be honest and friendly! Ill definitely be back for future purchases!
