Kangdalbag I recently visited Shell and was disappointed with the customer service provided by an employee named Sahil. He lacked basic courtesy and showed no respect or professionalism when dealing with customers. As someone who values good service, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Shell should ensure their staff are properly trained in customer service and treat every customer with respect.

Always punctual, very reliable and good at explaining all the products available and which ones was best suited to my needs.
