He spent two hours thoroughly explaining all the options so by the end of the meeting I was clear and comfortable with what was right for me and confident he and his team were the right people for me. Peter and his team are efficient, thorough and committed to a high level of service for their customers and always keep their promises and meet their deadlines. It is clear they are experts and well trained in their field. 1 /5 Veronica: Used Chan & Taylor for a few years, then they moved to Financially Sorted. Did last tax return. When booked was not notified of price increase. Did return then advised of price increase. Was also advised I was getting a "discounted price". So my breakdown is $373 Refund, $275 for fees owing, $33 Administration Charges. Leaving me with $65 Refund. Financially Sorted have been successful in Financially sorting to line their own pockets and not think about their clientelle Chan & Taylor were awesome, Financially Sorted I would not recommend to anyone. A total disappointment for a company. Definitely recommend people look around for an accountant that looks after their clients.
