Cassandra Ellis Wouldnt give them a 1 star! Had Briony as our financial adviser had everything done and she completely ignored us and our emails. When she did reply 5 months later saying she will finish our application that week we again didnt hear from her. Only to then find out she left this company. Had Paul call and he was just rude from the start on the phone, advised him we werent happy and he just said move on as that was in the past. Im sorry but no need to be rude, weve waited 10months to still have nothing in place and all you say is move on.. definitely wont be going there.

C W Nikki helped my husband and I with the purchase of a new home after selling our last. We didn’t make it easy for her and it was a lengthy process finding the right place but we would not have been able to buy our new house without her help!
