He is so professional with every contact he made with us and kept us informed at every step of the way and explained things mostly via a phone call not thru endless emails. Nothing was too much for him and we even met up for a coffee in a local café to sign paperwork rather than in a office. Even when settlement went thru, Craig was the first one to ring us to congratulate us, unlike our conveyancer who to this day hasnt bothered to ring to let us know settlement went thru but chose to email instead. Craig also talked us through setting up our repayment accts after his business with us was finished with. Thank you so much Craig.
