5 /5 Michelle Iarive: Great classes with very friendly knowledgeable trainers and has a community feel. Every class/excersize can be tailored to suit anyone. Love that you are training with other parents who can relate to you on a personal level as well as share a love of excersize.

5 /5 Tommy Hopkins: Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Needed a location to rehab after a shoulder injury, so gave Fit For Life a try. Laura and Johnno are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Their staff are fun and great to train with . They have built a wonderful community and a have a friendly bunch to train alongside. I can only do evenings , which are a great mix of cardio and weight sessions. I haven’t done the same session twice. Great mix. Saturday morning is this best, with around 30 people in a class and a combination of weights and cardio. Great way to start the weekend. They do a 7 day trial so come and give it a crack. Tommy

The atmosphere here is unreal — supportive, friendly, and motivating without ever feeling intimidating. In that short time I’ve already noticed huge improvements in my strength, mobility and overall endurance. Every session feels purposeful, and the coaches genuinely know how to push you the right way while keeping things fun. Loz runs an awesome gym, and the whole team makes you feel welcome from day one. If you’re looking for a place to train where you’ll actually enjoy turning up — this is it.

The creche run is a great addition and Jess is so kind with the kids and babies you feel comfortable getting your workout done knowing your child is looked after and happy. The workouts are always changing and they make you feel like you have achieved something for the day! Thank you Loz for all the hard work you put into this gym and making sure it is an inclusive, safe place for everybody!

5 /5 Svend Hoegh: Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. They have a crèche for the 8:30am & 9:30am classes which is perfect for my one year old as I’m killing it in the background. The instructors are always giving helpful adjustments where needed. Great place for beginners, intermediate and advanced gym goers alike. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area. (I think there is even an online component, if you live further afield).

Anytime Fitness Bundoora - VIC

Nirushan Ive been going to this gym for a few months now, and I cant say enough good things about it. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need. It creates such a positive atmosphere that makes working out something I actually look forward to. One thing I really appreciate is how clean and well-maintained everything is. The gym is spotless, and they provide plenty of wet wipes so everyone can clean the equipment after use — its a small detail that makes a big difference in keeping things hygienic. Whether youre just starting your fitness journey or youve been training for years, this gym is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Bones Boxing Gym - VIC

Chloe Mackenzie An incredible gym with a really knowledgeable and supportive coach. I have been training with Luke for over 6 years. He has such a knowledge of the sweet science and shares it freely to all who come through the doors. The gym has a wonderful old school aesthetic and the community is amazing, friendly and supportive. A really great place to train, whether you are an experienced fighter or have never put on gloves before. I cant recommend more highly.

Marc Peskett I have been training with Iain and Inside Out Wellness for over 5 years. Iains unique approach to training has enabled me to get super fit, compete in 3 marathons and more importantly kept me motivated and switched on to life of health and fitness. If you want a trainer that knows his stuff and a health and fitness program that works for you then I highly recommend Inside Out Wellness.
