Mark Mandel Was visiting Melbourne for a couple of months - the head coach was happy to have me join while I was in town. Did a slew of privates and also drop ins. First, everyone is super friendly from the top down. Great training partners who look out for each other and are just looking to get better. The head coach is also very skilled in what he does and how he teaches, Im super impressed. Seriously, check this gym out if you are looking to train at any level, itll be worth your while.
