They push you but also ensure you’re training safely whilst continuing to build your strength and enhance your fitness. It’s always a great vibe in the gym, everyone is super friendly and it’s all about the girls!

I joined about 3 months ago and the experience has been amazing so far! The general vibe is welcoming and strikes a balance between relaxed/energising/motivating. The trainers? Legends! Super friendly, approachable, and clearly know their stuff - theyre always happy to offer helpful tips and let you work out at your own pace. Theres no judgement here - everyone is focused on their own goals and fellow gym goers are encouraging. The location is great too with convenient parking and easily accessible by public transport.

Healthy Fit - VIC

Scott Jenke & Zoe Maud Love HealthyFit. As the name suggests, it’s a place for people who train to stay healthy. I was a regular pre-Covid and I’m so glad I started attending regularly again this year. The trainers are lovely and knowledgeable- I appreciate Frank’s low-key friendly vibe at my early morning sessions as I don’t want any over-the-top loud rep-counting encouragement at that hour! After a few months attending regularly, I realised how much progress I have made when moving a large, heavy piece of board with my husband recently and I could manage easily, feeling my core and arms working without having to think about it. Every day life is just easier when you’re stronger - thanks Frank!

Sylvania Waters Athletics Track - VIC

Lisa Excellent quality. Has a 400m rubber track, 3 areas each for shot put, discuss and long jump. They also have 2 high jump and 1 scissor jump and the canteen available during the little athletics competitions on Saturdays. My kid loves it! Highly recommend.

Skye Sydenham I recently visited Pittwater Sports Centre as I was unfamiliar with the facility the female manager got me to come down and showed me throughout the venue. She was super welcoming and I cant wait to start spending more time using the local businesses there!
