Natalie Daoud Ive been training at PTA for more than 3 years and its been a really great experience. They offer both personal training, semi-private sessions and Peak Performance Classes, which makes it easy to choose what works best for you. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Shout out to Anthony and the Alex, I wouldn’t be where I am now without them. They take the time to understand your goals and help you stay on track. The workouts are planned with purpose, and everything is tailored to help you improve. If youre looking for a gym that’s focused on results and actually cares about your progress, I highly recommend giving this place a try. ❤️❤️

Gill Merzvinskis This gym is fabulous! They not only spend time focusing on your own personal program, they are there on the floor at every session ensuring you are doing it correctly. Always ready to help, always positive. A great friendly vibe. By far the best gym I have ever been a member of.

Vanessa Bennett Calisthenics is an excellent sport which allows girls to be artistic and perform in teams whilst also developing their strength, dance and gymnastic abilities. Avonde is more than just a club, it is a family which I am thrilled to have been part of as a member and now a parent.

Kalindu Sachintha Wijesundara The best gym in Endeavour Hills at a convenient location, open 24x7, with all new equipment, at a very reasonable price. They have interesting promotion programs as well. I got almost 2 months free membership joining them in April 2025.
