Shane has created such a welcoming, supportive environment, and the personal trainers — Zac, Abbey, and Abby — are all incredible. Theyre knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. Everyone that participates are supportive and no matter what your fitness levels or goals are, everyone is there to help and guide you. Its hands down the best gym I’ve been to!
