If you’re nervous about giving it a trial that’s normal, but you won’t regret it. Fitstop morning sessions have quickly become part of my routine and I love the balance of weight and cardio training. Gina McCann Last week I went to my very first Zumba Gold class and was blown away by the contagious energy, good vibes and a lot of fun. To be honest, I didnt think I would last the 45 minutes class. However, the highly experienced, great motivator and delightful Diana (Zumba instructor) made it possible for me to persevere and enjoy her dynamic class. Thank you Diana :) Gina
