Each day leans either to weights, cardio, or a boot camp of both, all you need to do is turn up 3-4 times a week and you’ll get an excellent balanced routine all mapped out for you. Very reasonably priced compared to other places – no gimmicky screens everywhere, just proper equipment, great programming, and excellent owners/trainers who will show you exactly how to do all the exercises at the start and throughout the session. It’s like having a personal trainer without the cost. They love working with you to improve your form but also just let you do your thing if that’s what you want. Over time they remember your goals or issues and really help you get where you want. There’s a lot to take in the first few sessions but you get the hang of it fast and everyone is friendly.
