Developing a good range of specific to me core strength exercises and program , that she modified over time to carefully help me recover well from an ongoing lower back problem, that I was struggling to shift, and make sure I was fit for a big overseas ski trip and get me back to fitness for off the beach dinghy sailing. Hennie really coached me through using the machines in the gym to make sure I was using them properly too, especially for my shoulder too.
