1 /5 Akartik Soni: Honestly, Flex 24/7 Mickleham has been a huge disappointment. The gym looks great from the outside, with a lot of space and plenty of equipment scattered around, but the quality is shockingly poor. Most of the machines feel cheap, don’t run smoothly, and some even get stuck mid-use. The smith machines, in particular, are terrible — they shake while squatting and feel unsafe. It’s obvious they’ve gone for quantity over quality.
The weights don’t even feel accurate — 200 kg here feels like 20 kg. For anyone serious about lifting, this is not the place to be. There are also no proper ab machines, which just adds to the frustration. My friends and I switched over from another gym expecting something better, but now we regret paying for a membership here.
It seems like the owners focused more on aesthetics and side attractions — bright colors, basketball courts, cricket nets, rock climbing, sauna, etc. — to lure people in, rather than investing in solid, reliable equipment. Those extras might impress at first glance, but when it comes to the actual training experience, the gym completely fails.
I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone who actually takes lifting or serious training seriously. Save your money and look elsewhere — this place is all show, no substance.
