Katie Siu Kate is the best Pilates instructor I have ever had, she’s so good at explaining how to utilise different parts of your body to move so that you train your muscle and body correctly. I have followed her and Sarah in doing Pilates for a long time. They pay much attention to your movement and want you to achieve your best result in the class. Orana is a Pilates studio where you aim to do this exercise a bit differently.
