We dealt with Brendan this time. He was clear, attentive and prompt in dealing with our needs to sell and buy a house. He astutely picked up an issue of concern in the S32 of a property we were interested in and went above and beyond to get this rectified for us. Sadly their conveyancer was rude, unhelpful and not very clear on the law which goes to show how important having a good professional in this area can be because we decided to pursue another property which we love. We really appreciated Brendan’s good nature, timeliness and professionalism throughout the process & have no hesitation in recommending him and the helpful office staff to those looking for this service.
