4 /5 Greg Cain: Generally very pleased. Initially I felt a little lost as my solicitor changed and not a lot of information was passed on to my new solicitor. However, once things settled down, I found the communication was very good. The support staff in particular were excellent at following up on things or getting me information if I had concerns. The solicitor who represented me seemed to be genuinely interested in how things affected me and if I understood exactly what was happening. In addition, my barrister was excellent. He was personable and made sure everything was explained to me and that I was happy with the direction in which things were moving. I was consulted at all times, and we all had a frank discussion before settlement. Considering my age, etc, I think we achieved a good result, and both Pauline and Scott were happy to reduce their fees so that I could obtain a better overall monetary figure. I very much appreciate their efforts on my behalf.

5 /5 Cheryl-lee Kirkman: I had injured my back/neck in 2019 at work. I resigned from work after 7yrs at the end of 2021 as it became too hard to manage the pain & work load. I had a spinal fusion in March 2022. After my surgery I changed doctors & from there my workcover started which led me to GMP. From the very start they were so knowledgable & pointed me into the right direction so I was able to decide what legal representation I needed. 1 /5 Venesa Sacco: Unfortunately the no win no fee means they’ll take most of your money. It took them 3 years and I went through so much stress and anxiety throughout this time. So many emails went unanswered, my lawyer left the firm but not before promising me so much more compensation than I received. I didn’t feel the lawyer was on my side at all Infact I felt bullied. For what I went through I deserved so much more but I was repeatedly told I wouldn’t get more than I did. I did consider taking it to court but was advised against it. If I had my time again I would have. I definitely won’t use them again, I hope I never have to
