F45 Training Ashburton - Group Fitness Gym - VIC

Anna Burke This is without a doubt the best gym that I’ve been a member of. The trainers are all so conscientious and really take time to give great advice on my training and fitness techniques and so much encouragement. They push me to challenge myself and listen to my needs. I joined after recovering from an injury and they helped me with my recovery, building up my strength training, cardio and weight training so much that at 45yo I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been and I’m so happy! and they I’ve felt so comfortable since my first class. There is so much variety in the workouts - they never get boring, and they mix up the music too! The equipment is well maintained and the studio is clean with lots of cooling in summer. The timetable offers a great variety of times with early to mid morning classes, lunchtime classes and evening classes. The location in Ashburton (very close to Mount Waverley, Chadstone, Ashwood and even Oakleigh) is really convenient right in the main strip of shops so I can get my post-workout coffee. And the F45 Ashburton gym community group is just great people who enjoy a laugh, support each other and love a really good workout.

Club Lime Scoresby - VIC

David Cutler Club Lime Scoresby has one of the best community vibes I’ve ever experienced at a gym. Everyone is welcoming, and there’s always positive energy in the room. The PTs are professional, knowledgeable, and bring so much fun to every session – they make training something I actually look forward to. The free HIIT and weight training classes are a huge bonus. They’re high-energy, well-structured, and a great way to push yourself while training alongside others. Honestly, more people need to take advantage of these sessions – they’re such a good way to build strength, fitness, and friendships at the same time. If you’re looking for a supportive gym community with professional trainers, Club Lime Scoresby is the place to be.

Dorota Asigno My favourite pilates studio ever. The team are very supportive, care about you and they have an amazing friendly vibe. The small sizes of their classes makes you feel like you are going to a friends catch up and the work out is just a bonus.
