I made a deposit of $200 on Saturday 05/31/2025 Saturday, on Sunday 06/01/2025, I noticed that my account was zero, I complained to support via chat and he asked me if I had requested any withdrawal, I replied that obviously not, since I had just made a deposit the day before, he did some procedures and the amount was sent to my account, but at this point I have already lost trust in the brokerage, how can money disappear like that from your account? But it doesnt end there, when I went to log in to my client area on the brokerage website, to my surprise my access was and still is to this day 06/03/2025 blocked. I contacted support again via chat and the only response they gave me was that "The responsible team will contact me by email when they have requested my problem", and they also told me that it would not take more than 24 hours, since it has been 3 days and I do not have access to my money. I feel like I have been taken advantage of, and no one has given me an answer. First, I was harmed because I could not open any transaction because they took the money from my platform, but then they returned the money to my platform, but I do not have access if I want to withdraw it. That is what I want. I do not want to operate with this brokerage anymore. I no longer trust them. They stole my money by blocking my access. I want my money back and to close my account with you. Run away from this brokerage, they are not trustworthy, they are thieves.
