4 /5 JULIE HOCK: I have been going to the gym at this location since 1982. The current owners, Goodlife are satisfactorily maintaining a clean and good gym. I train 3/7 and am very happy with the atmosphere and equipment at the gym although an extra 10kg bell would be appreciated so that I can move onto double 10kg swings.

2 /5 Travis Hatton: Half the cardio equipment is out of order. The ones not our of order have issues. This gym needs investment, its literally falling apart.

5 /5 Duncan Suttil: Top-Tier Gym with Incredible New Management! Goodlife Armidale just keeps getting better—especially with the new manager on board! Their leadership has brought fresh energy and a real sense of community to the gym. You can tell they genuinely care about the members, and it shows in everything from how clean and organised the space is to the way the staff go above and beyond to help. The gym itself has everything you need and just down stairs there is a awesome sauna steam room and 25m pool great for laps after a heavy gym session. There’s a great variety of classes to keep things interesting. Whether youre a beginner or experienced, theres something for everyone here. Massive credit to the new manager for creating such a positive, welcoming environment. It’s easily the best gym experience I’ve had—5 stars without hesitation!
